Enter your tracking number in the search box on the home page or on the Track page and press “Track Package”. You will instantly see the current status, location, full scan history and the estimated delivery date. No account is required.
Every shipment gets a unique code in the format TRK-XXXXXX, for example TRK-8F3A12. It is printed on your receipt and included in the confirmation email or SMS we send when the shipment is registered.
Newly registered shipments can take a few minutes to appear. Double-check for typos (our codes never contain the letters O or I, or the digits 0 and 1). If it still cannot be found after a few hours, contact support with your receipt.
Same-Day Courier delivers within hours inside a metro area, Express 48 delivers in 1–2 business days, Standard Delivery in 3–5 business days and Economy Ground in 5–9 business days. International shipments add roughly two days for customs clearance.
Our courier makes up to three delivery attempts on consecutive business days. After a failed attempt you receive a notification with options to reschedule, redirect to a neighbour or collect from the nearest SwiftRoute pick-up point.
Delays are usually caused by weather, customs inspections or address issues. The tracking page shows a clear delay banner together with the reason and a revised delivery window. If a shipment is delayed more than 48 hours beyond the estimate, contact support and we will open an investigation.
